Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless a wrong or faulty item was sent.
In the case of a wrong or faulty item, please contact us via chat, or contact form within 14 days from the date of purchase.
We will get back to you as soon as we can.
Video proof of unboxing will be needed for the returns process. 
In the event where the product needs to be returned due to defect, all shipping costs will be incurred by SBC.
